How RKMOTORGROUP LTD uses and protects personal information provided through our website, recovery and garage services.

Last updated: 14 August 2026. This notice applies to information collected through rkmotorgroup.co.uk and direct enquiries to RKMotorgroup.

1. Who we are

RKMOTORGROUP LTD (company number 16857523) is a private limited company registered in England. RKMotorgroup is the trading/brand name used on this website.

Registered office: Apartment 131, 2 Hermitage Street, London, W2 1AR. This is the registered office and is not presented as the customer garage location.

Contact: support@rkmotorgroup.co.uk · 07768 180677.

2. Information we collect

Please do not include medical or other highly sensitive information in the website form unless it is genuinely necessary and specifically requested.

3. Why we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange recovery and garage services, assess repair or storage requirements, administer customer relationships, protect our business and customers, and comply with legal obligations.

For potentially eligible non-fault accident enquiries, relevant information may be shared with McAMS / Direct Accident Management Ltd so the circumstances can be assessed for accident-management support. Referral does not guarantee acceptance, liability, compensation or replacement-vehicle provision.

4. Lawful bases

5. Who we may share information with

We only share information where reasonably necessary. Recipients may include McAMS / Direct Accident Management Ltd for eligible accident-management enquiries, relevant insurers, repair/recovery providers, professional advisers and technology providers that help operate the website and email service.

Our website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure and callback enquiries are delivered using Resend. Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement are used only where the relevant optional consent has been given.

6. International processing

Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards should be used in accordance with applicable UK data-protection requirements.

7. Retention

Ordinary website callback enquiries that do not become an active customer matter or case are retained for up to 12 months from the date of enquiry, unless there is a legitimate reason to keep them longer. Where an enquiry progresses into recovery, storage, repair, accident management, accounting or a dispute, relevant records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To make a request, email support@rkmotorgroup.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data-protection rights have been infringed.

9. Cookies and analytics

Necessary browser storage is used to remember your privacy choice. Google Analytics and advertising measurement are disabled by default and enabled only according to the choice you make in our cookie controls. See our Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page.
